Here's what I did: 

1. I downloaded the trial version from Adobe website. 
2. Disconnected my Internet and Modified the "hosts" file as described in the General instructions on the first page. 
3. Installed using the serial given in the .txt file in the crack folder 
4. After Installation, It advised to reboot saying "Some applications might need a restart to be fully functional" I ignored and closed it. 
5. Then made a backup of "adobe_oobelib.dll" which was located in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\P6 [Since I am Running Win7 Ultimate x64] and replaced it with the one provided in the crack folder. 
6. After replacing the "adobe_oobelib.dll" I ran Adobe Encore, It started validating the serial and gave an error since it could not connect to the internet (as I had been offline through this entire time.) 
7. Here clicked the option "Having trouble connecting to internet". 
8. Then clicked "Offline Activation", then "Generate Request Code". 
9. Copied the Generated request code and pasted it in the given Response Code area. 
10. Pressed Activate and it gave me an error regarding validation. 
11. I went back and and again generated the Request code, copied it to response code and it worked .

Some points I want to highlight: 

I installed this release on Windows 7 Ultimate x64, Also I already had Adobe Photoshop CS5, Illustrator CS5 and AfterEffects CS5 installed. I installed CS6 Master Collection without un-installing any of them.

Adobe Illustrator CS6 (64bit) 
Adobe Photoshop CS6 (64bit) 
Adobe Premiere CS6 
Adobe Fireworks CS6 
Adobe Speedgrade CS6

About Presets and Pluggins Of Adobe AfterEffects and Premiere. 

I had read some comments in some other posts and torrents that Adobe Premiere and Aftereffects after patching/cracking were still functional as trial versions with only limited Pluggins, Effects & Presets. So I had raised this issue here and "Rainer666" was kind enough to reply .
